Position Summary The Engineer, Senior Quality Assurance is responsible to work alongside QA Leads to provide testing support for Wellpartner's Digital Products (Web, Windows and Database) by understanding QA Frontend & Database testing goals and contributes towards deliverables, develop efficient automated/ manual test cases and test scenarios and using them to validate that the implemented solution meets the business requirements for the application in test.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in software test engineering & automation, with expert-level expertise in multiple testing methodologies
  • 5+ years experience engaging highly technical architecture, engineering and operations teams and driving outcomes with QA automation
  • 5+ years of experience in a role executing all phases of SDLC, QA processes, and metrics
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Automation Frameworks and solutions using industry standard  Automation & Test Management Tools
  • 5+ years of experience with Web and Client/Server applications
  • 5+ years with MS SQL Sever or similar RDBMS
  • Ground up implementation of automation frameworks architectures, tools knowledge and CI/CD implementation knowledge
  • Software application development in programming/scripting languages like Java, C#, Python, Java script and hands on expertise using automation tools like qTest, Ready-API or QTP/UFT, Selenium, JMeter
  • Expert in API automation development using Javascript or similar
  • Advance SQL querying and optimization
  • Hands on experience using GIT, and CI/CD using AZURE or similar
  • Maintain QA Test and Automation environments
  • Expert in Performance testing solutions & development of scripts using JMeter or similar
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships across functional units

Preferred Qualifications

  • ISTQB, Scrum Certifications, SQL Certification is nice to have

Education

  • Bachelors Degree or HS GED plus relevant experience for the job

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
