Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director, QA Automation Support leads the quality engineering and automation support function within the Product and Engineering team of the Digital Products & Engineering tower. This leader is responsible for defining the long-term vision, strategy, and operating model that enables quality, reliability, resilience, and speed across Coca‑Cola’s prioritized domains.
Leading a team of Directors and Senior Managers, the Senior Director drives the evolution of quality engineering capabilities, ensuring automation, data, and AI are embedded into software delivery practices. The role serves as a strategic partner to senior digital leaders, helping translate digital transformation priorities into scalable engineering outcomes that accelerate value realization in the prioritized digital product domains.
What You will do for us
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for QA automation support across Digital Products & Engineering in prioritized domains.
- Lead a global quality engineering function through Directors and Senior Managers.
- Establish quality standards, governance, measurement frameworks, and operating principles.
- Drive transformation of software quality practices through automation, intelligent testing, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
- Influence engineering, architecture, and product strategies to ensure quality is embedded by design.
- Enable scalable delivery of the prioritized digital products that support growth, productivity, and operational efficiency objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through quality insights, automation analytics, and business outcome measurement.
- Oversee strategic investments in quality engineering platforms, tools, and capabilities.
- Build organizational capability and succession pipelines for quality engineering talent.
- Foster strong partnerships across engineering, product, data, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, automation, or digital technology organizations.
- Significant experience leading enterprise quality engineering and automation functions.
- Demonstrated success shaping technology strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in product-centric delivery models, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and engineering transformation.
- Strong knowledge of automation platforms, testing frameworks, quality governance, and performance measurement.
- Experience leading leaders and building high-performing global organizations.
- Advanced digital, data, and AI fluency with ability to translate emerging technologies into business value.
- Strong executive communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.

United States: 202,000 - 229,000 USD
