As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Finance team and looking for a Financial Analyst to support the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the Group.

What You Will Do
- Assisting the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Creating detailed financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and materials for management, ensuring clarity through data visualization.
- Collaborating with various departments to gather data, analyze performance, and report on operational effectiveness.
- Responsible for a variety of reports, including financial performance, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
- Managing and automating financial processes within 1C and other tools.
- Calculating transfer pricing and assessing the efficiency of business units.
- Building data cubes and optimizing data reporting structures for enhanced analysis.
- Utilizing BI tools and/or Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence tasks.
- Ensuring all financial materials and presentations are professionally prepared and clearly communicated.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or related role, ideally within financial services.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with 1C and/or BI tools (Tableau or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
