Responsibilities
- Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative
- Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope following detailed instructions, work is supervised.
- Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers
- Monitor and manage systems backup resources, including daily backups, restores, CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency.
- Perform systems security administration functions, including updating and patches OS and systems and software programs.
- Interact with backup customers.
- Other duties may include; setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.
Qualifications
- BS and 0-2 years experience
- COMPTIA Security +
- Ability to obtain secret level security clearance
Additional Qualificatons (not required):
- Experience with supporting Backup system procedures
- Rubrik Backup & Recovery experience

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
