About the role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Product-Led Growth to join us. This is a single-owner remit for our self-serve revenue line: acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation for the long tail of brands that sit below our enterprise business. It comes with a cross-functional squad, an executive mandate and a multi-year growth target, and the model, roadmap and scorecard are yours to build.
Responsibilities Include
- Own the product-led growth revenue number end to end, from first touch through to activation and ongoing monetisation, and build the model and weekly scorecard that the business runs on.
- Rebuild the self-serve funnel into a single journey, collapsing the handoffs between our website, sign-up, payment and onboarding so brands can get live without manual intervention.
- Lift activation across our long-tail brands, using funnel and cohort analysis to find where they stall and running the experiments that fix it.
- Own monetisation: pricing and packaging, licence mix, price testing and the levers that move average revenue per brand.
- Lead a cross-functional squad and work in the commercial seam with Business Development, Sales, RevOps, Data and Finance, bringing recommendations rather than questions.
A little bit about you…
- You have personally owned a revenue or growth number rather than contributed to one, and you can talk through the model behind it and what you did to move it.
- You have run a product-led or self-serve motion end to end, including monetisation, not acquisition or onboarding in isolation.
- Funnel and cohort analytics sit in your own hands. You build the model, find the drop-off and size the opportunity yourself rather than waiting on a data request.
- You lead from day one: setting the roadmap, prioritising on impact, cutting scope to ship value sooner and taking the squad with you.
- You are comfortable on the commercial side of the business, holding your ground on pricing and priorities with senior stakeholders and escalating early with a recommendation attached.
- Nice to have: marketplace or two-sided platform experience, SMB and long-tail cost-to-serve, app-marketplace distribution such as Shopify, affiliate or commission-based economics, and using AI in your day to day beyond meeting summaries.
