What Drives Success
Under general supervision, coordinate and execute usability research, create intuitive solutions from complex ideas and requirements, identify use cases, wireframe, prototype, and design UI that is clean, sophisticated, and purposeful. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, have a passion for design and user experience, and have the ability to capture and analyze data, and conceptualize solutions.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Design (from concept to delivery) comprehensive web and software application experiences to meet business and client needs.
- Work in collaboration with project managers, product/business analysts, UX/UI designers, Front-End Developers, and subject matter experts to generate new product strategy / innovative concepts, and requirements.
- Facilitate design sprints. Perform and present findings.
- Draft and outline Personas (and their touch-points) from target-market research.
- Conduct benchmarking on UX trends and long-term product goals.
- Create comprehensive journey maps and user workflows while identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement.
- Create low and high- fidelity wireframes to communicate product functions to stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, or Graphic Design. Requires at least 1 year related experience.Knowledge of user experience principles. Excellent communication skills. Working knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and other tools like, Axure, Invision and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in wire-framing tools, storyboards, user flows, and site mapping. Ability to defend design decisions with solid rationales based on UX principles, user research, and product knowledge.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $84,800-$111,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
