This is a senior opportunity for a QA professional focused on building robust, scalable, and efficient automated testing solutions. You’ll play a key role in embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle and helping teams deliver reliable products. The role combines test automation, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and modern quality practices such as BDD, TDD, and Shift Left. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product professionals, and leadership to identify risks and improve delivery quality. Your expertise will help strengthen testing processes, increase automation coverage, and prevent issues earlier in the development cycle. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress, SpecFlow, xUnit, Robot Framework, or similar technologies.

• Contribute to the evolution of test automation strategies, increasing coverage, reliability, and efficiency across software products.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Apply Agile quality practices, including BDD, TDD, and Shift Left, throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Proactively identify quality risks, potential defects, and process improvements, helping teams address issues as early as possible.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, product teams, and leadership, to establish quality objectives and align on delivery priorities.

• Promote a quality-first mindset while maintaining a systemic view of products, processes, and customer value.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience in Quality Assurance and test automation, with a senior-level understanding of automation practices and strategies.

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, SpecFlow, xUnit, Robot Framework, or equivalent tools.

• Practical knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with platforms such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

• Experience working in Agile software development environments and applying BDD, TDD, and Shift Left practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and anticipate quality issues.

• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, organized, and collaborative approach, combined with strong ownership and a focus on delivering value through quality.

• Ability to understand the broader impact of quality decisions across products, teams, and the software development lifecycle.
