• Utilize Electronics Repair Application Software and LAN networking knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices.

• Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and assist in product demonstrations.
