Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery workshops across Product, Engineering, QA
  • Map current vs target processes across:
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, Mural, Confluence
  • Define requirements for:
  • Workflows, issue structures, dashboards, reporting
  • Align requirements with GitHub, CI/CD, testing tools (TestRail, Playwright, Selenium)
  • Support product discovery integration (Jira Product Discovery, Mural)
  • Enable AI use cases aligned with MCP, AI DLC, Copilot, Bedrock
  • Support UAT, validation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Translate workflows into user-friendly processes and training materials
  • Lead functional training sessions for Product, Engineering, QA teams
  • Support UAT and adoption validation
  • Ensure workflows are usable and understood by business teams
  • Define reporting requirements (KPIs, dashboards, portfolio views)
  • Capture governance and compliance requirements
  • Ensure workflows support traceability across planning → delivery → testing → release
  • Validate reporting during UAT and adoption
