As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting infrastructure expense management, financial reporting, chargeback allocation, and account reconciliations. You'll work closely with business units, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost recovery, and expense management processes. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement while contributing to operational efficiency and informed business decision-making. You'll gain exposure to enterprise financial systems, vendor management, and large-scale financial operations within a global organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform expense allocation, chargeback validation, and cost analysis across business units.
- Review, reconcile, and consolidate monthly invoices from internal and third-party vendors.
- Prepare and upload journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Analyze spending trends, investigate variances, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
- Support financial reporting, auditing, process improvement, and ad hoc finance-related projects.
- Partner with vendors and business stakeholders to resolve invoice, billing, and reporting issues.
- Maintain process documentation and support compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, reporting, expense management, or related functions.
- Experience with financial data reconciliation, reporting, and journal entry preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in chargeback, expense allocation, or cost management functions.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or similar financial systems.
- Experience with vendor invoice management and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of VBA, automation tools, or process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to account reconciliations, auditing, or infrastructure expense management.
