We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our CRM Systems Department and be part of delivering awesome Salesforce solutions across Agentforce Communications (industry Cloud), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud/Agentforce, CPQ/Revenue Cloud Advanced and Marketing Cloud.

Your new role | what you will do | take technical ownership
You will join a full-stack Salesforce delivery organization where we prioritize having fun, helping each other, and building great solutions in close collaboration with our stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service, Product Management and Marketing.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will:
- Act as technical lead for Salesforce deliveries, ensuring our Salesforce implementations are robust, secure and scalable and fit into our overall enterprise architecture.
- Set and enforce best practices for design, coding standards, integrations, testing and deployment (including CI/CD and DevOps practices)
- Review and guide the work of other developers, provide feedback, code reviews and technical mentorship to the team
- The role is hands on, so you will also have technical implementation tasks yourself from larger features to smaller enhancements, bugs and incidents
- Contribute end-to-end in our SAFe-based delivery cycle: backlog refinement, estimation, design, configuration/coding, test and deployment
Who you are | strong Salesforce hands-on profile
You are a senior, hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys combining architecture, design and development with technical leadership.
We imagine that you:
- Have an academic background in software engineering, computer science or similar
- Bring several years of proven experience as Salesforce Developer, Tech Lead and/or Architect
- Hold relevant Salesforce certifications or can document equivalent experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is a must. Experience with CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud is a strong plus
- Have solid experience with Salesforce data model and security model, APEX (classes, triggers, test classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, JavaScript, Flows, automations and configuration best practices
- Are experienced in integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs, platform events and connected apps
- Comfortable working in agile teams and with modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, version control, automated testing, DevOps mindset)
- Can challenge and act as a sparring partner to both business and IT stakeholders
