Toly is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and lead the development and launch of innovative new projects, having the opportunity to collaborate with some of the biggest brands in the beauty industry.
If you're passionate about driving ideas from concept to production while working with cross-functional teams, this role is for you.
As the single point of contact and overall owner for assigned projects, you will oversee the execution of new product launches by following Toly’s established stage gate process. You’ll lead internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery from award to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product launch plans, tracking all deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional core teams to achieve delivery, cost, and quality targets.
- Drive Toly’s stage gate process, leading phase/gate reviews and managing design changes and product/process validations.
- Coordinate and guide stakeholders throughout the development cycle, identifying and escalating risks or technical issues as needed.
- Manage customer engineering changes throughout development.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date within project folders.
- Collaborate closely with departments including design, development, tooling, injection, quality, and supply chain to ensure technical feasibility and accountability.
- Support solution development through thorough analysis of customer proposals, specifications, and manuals.
- Carry out additional project management duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- MQF Level 6 or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Solid experience in product development, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong background in planning and project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Office365 and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Goal-oriented and disciplined, with a proactive approach to project delivery.
- Demonstrated team management and conflict management skills.
- Effective stakeholder relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
- A decisive mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
