Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / RPA Solution Architect to lead RPA projects from planning and architecture through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath, RPA solution design, project management, governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RPA programs and ensure effective program governance and delivery.
  • Manage communication and relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Design and review scalable RPA/UiPath solution architectures.
  • Define and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies.
  • Review technical solutions and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Manage change requests and assess their impact on project scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Provide technical guidance to RPA development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate with business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure project documentation, architecture standards, and governance processes are maintained.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant RPA/UiPath experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in RPA solution architecture and design.
  • Proven experience in project/program management and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of UiPath architecture, automation frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of risk, issue, and change management.
  • Experience with RPA project governance and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite/hybrid environment.
