Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Testing, providing technical guidance, advisory support, and testing expertise. - Define and drive testing strategy, planning, methodology, and execution across SIT, UAT, regression, integration & automation testing. - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, coordinate testing activities, and drive key decisions. - Manage end-to-end testing activities including planning and execution. - Drive testing governance, quality metrics, risk management, and release readiness assessments to ensure successful project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills - Must Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in leading Testing, including functional, integration, SIT, UAT, and regression testing & automation - Good to Have Skills: Experience in SAP Testing and Tricentis Tosca TestSuite automation. - Good understanding of SAP modules, business processes, end-to-end workflows, and system integrations. - Experience in test planning, test strategy, test execution, and testing governance. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. - Experience in the Energy domain would be an added advantage.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
