The project:

This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Deliver project objectives aligned with the Project Plan, leading teams and stakeholders to meet key KPIs.
  • Champion Safety First and embed robust quality, risk and governance practices across all activities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and external consultants to ensure effective delivery.
  • Maintain and update project plans, documentation, reporting and change control processes.
  • Coordinate communication, procurement and stakeholder engagement to support seamless project delivery.
  • Promote C2P, digital, data and responsible business principles while collaborating toward net‑zero outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

  • Deliver client‑side work packages through the D and C phase, collaborating with project and interface leads.
  • Bring strong major programme DM/CM experience in integrated heavy‑civils environments.
  • Possess essential aviation sector experience.
  • Demonstrate effective tier 1 contractor and consultant management.
