Job Description
This role is responsible for managing moderately complex technical delivery projects, applying deep knowledge of the function and organization to solve problems that may lack well-defined solutions. The position operates with a high degree of independence, providing guidance to junior team members while ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee technical delivery projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems using functional expertise and organizational knowledge.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees to support their development and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to facilitate effective communication and project progress.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Job Tasks
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and update documentation accordingly.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues.
- Track and report on project metrics and key performance indicators.
- Support resource planning and allocation for project activities.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address moderately complex challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to guide junior staff and collaborate across teams.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
