IT Systems Administrator

Location: Los Angeles, California

NEXPLAY is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and maintain our core IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing network operations, administering cloud services, providing technical support, and ensuring reliable system performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure, and oversee essential IT systems, MDM platforms, and cloud infrastructure
  • Manage WAN/LAN network administration, including backup and disaster recovery systems
  • Provide hardware, software, and help desk technical support to end users
  • Administer, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud services and email systems
  • Monitor system performance, security, and reliability across all IT environments

Technical Environment

  • iOS and Android
  • Microsoft Outlook 365
  • Opera PMS and POS systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or foreign equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience required

Compensation

  • Salary: $75,629 per year
