  • Turn complex user and business requirements into clear, intuitive, and engaging experiences.
  • Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, customer feedback, and product data to guide design decisions.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Develop and test interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product.
  • Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, clearly communicating the rationale behind key decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing experiences based on user insights, business goals, and product performance.
  • Advocate for the user while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

What You Will Bring

  • 6+ years of experice in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role, ideally designing complex digital products.
  • Must-have: A strong portfolio case featuring at least one detailed end-to-end product design case study, clearly demonstrating the problem or challenge, your role and ownership, design process, research or insights, key design decisions, final solution, and measurable outcomes or impact.
  • Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, interaction design, and modern design systems.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
  • Experience conducting or partnering on user research and usability testing and translating findings into actionable product improvements.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and information into intuitive user experiences
  • Experience working effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to confidently present and defend design decisions using research, data, and product strategy.
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail and execution.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.
