Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Senior Finance Analyst - Process Automation & Selling Expense

to join our Finance Team in our Szentendre office.

We’re looking for a Finance professional with an IT mindset — someone who understands finance but is equally interested in data, technology, and automation.

This role covers end-to-end finance responsibilities for the Italian market, with a strong focus on Selling expenses, reporting, process improvement, and automation within the Net Revenue Finance team.

Responsibilities

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

  • Manage Marketing & Sales controlling, including Actuals, Forecast, Budget, variance analysis, month-end closing, and reconciliations.
  • Handle key finance processes such as intercompany billing, POs, cost centres, and invoice approvals.
  • Analyze and improve finance processes, identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization.
  • Build and maintain Power Query workflows and Power BI dashboards.
  • Support data consolidation and process standardization across teams and regions.
  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to turn requirements into practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Support internal controls and finance system implementations.

Qualifications

  • You have a solid understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • You’re strong in Excel and have experience with Power BI and Power Query.
  • You’re analytical, proactive, and enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
  • You’re curious about technology and naturally look for ways to automate and work smarter.
  • You communicate well in English and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
