Full description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Monitor online process control, product, and packaging quality as per internal and ISO 2859 sampling standards.
  • Contribute to quality and food safety systems in a FS22000, ISO 9001, IS0 45000 and ISO 14000 certified facility.
  • Support quality control digitization process in the organization .
  • Analyze quality data through suitable statistical tools and enable product and process improvements.
  • Generate MIS reports and conduct calibration and validation activities as per product and process requirements.
  • Support new product and packaging development by evaluating vendors on quality criteria and monitor their performance.
  • Conduct analytical tests in a well- equipped laboratory and coordinate all external testing activities as per the calendar.
  • Support the legal team for regulatory compliance and licensing requirements for different product categories.
  • Foster and promote food safety culture in the organization.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • BSc degree in Science / Food science / Microbiology / Chemistry or in a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Quality management & Food safety management systems will be an added advantage.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance role.
  • Knowledge on internal audits, external and supplier audits related to quality processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages and ERP systems.
