The position

As a technically oriented Support Employee/Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing and solving complex issues of our partners.

Your tasks:

  • You analyze and solve technical support questions
  • You troubleshoot issues within software, configurations and links
  • You support partners with implementations and integrations
  • You reproduce and document bugs for the development team
  • You read and analyze logs and error messages
  • You advise partners on optimal use of our software
  • You contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
  • You think along with us about structural improvements to our solutions

Who are you?

  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are technically skilled and solution-oriented
  • You have HBO working and thinking level (preferably IT)
  • You have experience with software support or IT environments
  • You have knowledge of, for example, APIs, databases or integrations (advantage)
  • You can explain technical information clearly
  • You speak and write fluent in Dutch and English
