About the project
As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the day-to-day go-to person for the team, keeping timelines up to date, driving regular status updates, and ensuring alignment across a multidisciplinary, multicultural project team. The PM will work closely with the Product Manager and coordinate with an external agency supporting UX, wireframes, and visual identity work.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily project updates, timeline tracking, and status reporting across the team.
- Maintain and update existing project timelines (already established by the Lead Program Manager), proactively flagging risks and reprioritizing tasks as deadlines shift.
- Manage multiple projects and clients in parallel, balancing competing priorities without losing sight of overall delivery goals.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural project teams, including internal stakeholders, the Product Manager, and external agency partners (UX, wireframes, visual identity).
- Conduct visual and functional QA on Figma files to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Communicate fluently and professionally in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, adapting communication style to different stakeholders and team leads
- Anticipate downstream impacts of changes, connect the dots across workstreams, and proactively surface risks before they become issues.
- Negotiate timelines, scope, and priorities with stakeholders and agency partners as needed.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Senior-level Project Management experience, ideally within digital/marketing environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Experience working with digital teams and familiarity with Figma, including hands-on visual and functional QA.
- Experience creating and maintaining project timelines in fast-moving environments.
- Full professional fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
