Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Data and Analytics Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Associate SAP Data Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support data preparation, analysis, and reporting across SAP and cloud-based analytics platforms. The person in this role will help build and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and insights that enable business decision-making.
Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, the person in this role will support the department’s objective to deliver trusted, timely, and actionable data solutions.
What you’ll be doing
- Support data extraction, transformation, and loading activities using SAP data sources and analytics platforms
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Work with SAP Datasphere and AWS big data platforms to support data integration and reporting need
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and basic analysis to ensure data quality and consistency
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytics outputs
- Document data processes, report logic, and solution design for operational support
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for data pipelines, datasets, and BI reports
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 0 to 1+ year of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related projects
- Ability to validate, cleanse, and analyze structured data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to document findings and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with any programming language (C++, Java, Python, SQL, etc)
Added bonus if you have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Exposure to Python, data modeling, ETL concepts, or SAP analytics tools
- Experience working in SAP data structures, SAP Datasphere, and/or AWS data platforms
- Experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Relevant Certifications: SAP, AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or data analytics certifications
