What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
- Architect solution designs tailored to seamlessly integrate within the Workiva Platform, resulting in the fulfillment of impactful outcomes
- Forge direct and positive interactions with clients and partners, executing standardized solutions that align with their distinctive requirements
- Foster continuous professional growth through dedicated training, ensuring a sustained mastery of financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform
- Assume a leadership role, exemplifying best practices, and mentor peers and Associates, thereby facilitating seamless onboarding and contributing positively to our continuous development endeavors
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
- 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and their related technology platforms
- Hands-on experience within the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred
- Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and drive change in business processes
- A strong individual contributor with intellectual curiosity to positively impact the ability to manage multiple services
- Enhanced technology knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with any of the following: SQL, JSON, REST, or Python is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to curate and maintain customer-first relationships
Travel Requirements and Working Conditions
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, as we embrace flexible work arrangements
