ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry seeks a hands-on, driven Product Manager to lead the creation of next-generation mortgage tech products powered by AI. This role is for someone who doesn’t just think big but also rolls up their sleeves to make it happen. You’ll be at the forefront of building intelligent solutions that challenge the status quo and deliver real-world impact.
**Note- This is a hybrid role, and requires working in-office several days per week at our Moon Twp, PA office. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of ServiceLink's office, and must be willing and able to work in-office on a regular basis.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

In this role, you will…
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and iteration for AI-driven products.
- Design product APIs based on functional decomposition.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to re-engineer business processes using AI and to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems, unlock efficiencies, and create new value streams.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
- 2+ years of experience managing AI products, ideally in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
- Experienced at conceptualizing, building and launching AI-powered or automation-centric products.
- Ability to reimagine existing processes and redesign the future workflows leveraging AI
- Hands on experience with LLMs, RPA, GPT-based tools in building enterprise grade products.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and iteration for AI-driven products.
- Design product APIs based on functional decomposition.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to re-engineer business processes using AI and to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems, unlock efficiencies, and create new value streams.
- Navigate ambiguity and constraints whether organizational, technical, or regulatory with creativity, persistence, and a solutions-first mindset.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Define and track success metrics, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and scale effectively.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informaton Technology, Information Systems, Business or related and 2+ years of related work experience.
- Experienced at conceptualizing, building and launching AI-powered or automation-centric products.
- Ability to reimagine existing processes and redesign the future workflows leveraging AI
- Hands on experience with LLMs, RPA, GPT-based tools in building enterprise grade products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A bias for action, experimentation, and learning.
