As an AES Salesforce Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using various technologies and tools, such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to achieving strategic objectives and optimizing operational efficiency for clients.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services - Analyzing client needs to develop and customize Salesforce applications for optimized operational efficiency - Developing integration architecture to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other systems - Utilizing Salesforce Data Architecture and Salesforce Workflow to enhance client business processes - Collaborating with clients to provide training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications - Conducting integration analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation - Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their evolving needs - Applying analytical thinking to solve complex integration challenges and deliver quality solutions - Maintaining professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and client expectations - Encouraging teamwork and inclusion to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations - Navigating complex situations with intellectual curiosity and learning agility - Developing integration architecture implementation skills for seamless business integrations - Excelling in communication and teamwork to build meaningful client connections
