Full description
We are seeking a hands-on IT professional to manage and support our Microsoft infrastructure, cloud services, endpoints, and network environment. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot across multiple technologies and own day-to-day operations, security, and infrastructure improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain reliable and secure server, cloud, endpoint, and network services.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across identity, devices, applications, and connectivity.
- Manage access controls, security policies, updates, and configuration changes.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, and operating procedures.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Communicate clearly with technical colleagues and nontechnical users.
Preferred experience
- PowerShell scripting and administrative automation a plus.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
Required technical skills
- Windows Server 2022 and 2025: Installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Active Directory: User and group administration, DNS, DHCP, and replication.
- Microsoft Entra ID: Identity administration, multifactor authentication, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity integration.
- Exchange Online: Mailbox administration, mail flow, permissions, email security, and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Intune: Device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and endpoint management.
- Wi-Fi: Wireless configuration, authentication, coverage, performance, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Switching: VLANs, trunking, PoE, spanning tree, and network troubleshooting.
- Cisco Meraki: Dashboard administration, MX/MR device configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Sophos: Administration and troubleshooting of the Sophos products used in our environment.
- Network Policy Server (NPS): RADIUS configuration, network access policies, and 802.1X authentication.
- Ubiquiti Wi-Fi: Design, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining our corporate Wi-Fi.
Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting a global environment.
