Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver internal IT projects across the organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple internal IT projects and workstreams concurrently
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget
- Own project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Monitor resource capacity and utilization for effective delivery
- Engage stakeholders to define project scope, success criteria, and expectations
- Ensure proper governance across adhere to AirAsia Project Management framework::
- Scope and change management
- Risk and issue management
- Project documentation and reporting
- Run regular project meetings, including steering committee updates
- Provide clear and timely status reports to senior management
- Support and guide junior project managers (if assigned)
- Drive change management and user adoption for project deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Proven experience managing medium to large IT related projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (including senior leadership)
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to manage changing priorities, scope adjustments, and project resets
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills
