Job Description
- Lead, manage, and coordinate the multidisciplinary consultancy team deployed under the PMTC assignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Directorate of Energy, GoHP, funding agencies, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Develop project implementation strategies, work plans, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure achievement of project objectives within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide overall direction and guidance to technical experts, field engineers, and support staff.
- Ensure adoption of resilient, climate-adaptive, and disaster-resistant engineering practices.
- Monitor compliance with applicable national standards, codes, regulations, and project-specific requirements.
Qualifications
Post-Graduation in Eng./Management/ equivalent degree in the relevant field;
≥15 years’ experience in power sector project management; ≥5 years of
experience in resilience related aspects of the power sector. Desirable to have
experience in Indian power sector.
