The company supports Vision 2030 and major infrastructure developments through complex, high-impact projects that help shape communities and essential public assets.

This is an opportunity to join a business working at the forefront of civil engineering and large-scale development. As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing project delivery, driving coordination across key stakeholders, and helping ensure programs are executed to a high standard across diverse environments.

In this role, you will lead major projects spanning a broad portfolio of developments and contribute to successful delivery through strong coordination, oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely across project teams and partner organizations, supporting progress on complex initiatives within a fast-paced program environment.

Responsibilities• Manage and supervise major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.

  • Report directly to the Director of Programs Project Director and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications• Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.

  • Minimum 15 years of total work experience.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in project management.
  • Experience working with consultants and contractors.
  • Saudi engineering registration.
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
  • Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
  • Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
  • PMP certification.
