Then the role of Junior Project Manager at Fox-IT could be the perfect next step for you.

As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Team within our Managed Services Business Unit. You will act as the central link between customers, Sales, Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Planning. Thanks to your organizational skills, implementations run smoothly, stakeholders stay informed, and customers enjoy a professional and successful onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will coordinate and support the implementation of our cybersecurity services, including our Extended Detection & Response (XDR) solutions.

• Coordinating onboarding and implementation projects for cybersecurity services.

• Organizing and facilitating customer meetings, including kick-offs, progress reviews, and project evaluations.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.

• Monitoring project plans, timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies.

• Supporting resource planning in collaboration with the planning team.

• Tracking project activities to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Facilitating effective collaboration between Sales, Consultancy, Engineering, Security Operations, and external stakeholders.

• Planning and coordinating Technical Assessment Services (TAS), including penetration tests.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to process optimization initiatives.

• Maintaining accurate project documentation and administration.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Relevant experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

• Experience with planning, coordination, and stakeholder management

• An interest in or affinity with cybersecurity and IT services

• A customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset
