Job Title: Business Analyst - Non-ITJob DescriptionStrategists enable confident, fact-based decisions and design integrated innovative solutions to achieve continual productivity gains that drive enterprise value. The role focuses on research and analysis that translates data into insights supporting recommendations and client deliverables. You will contribute to the development of client presentations and support stakeholder engagement activities while building core consulting and communication skills.Responsibilities

  • Analyze the client's real estate portfolio and develop strategies and plans to achieve long-term operational and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with service line functions and stakeholders within the client's organization to develop the right solutions and drive approval and implementation.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to obtain direction, alignment, and buy-in.
  • Assist in leveraging insights, collaboration, and delivery to ensure industry leadership in product innovation.
  • Support client annual planning, budget development, and decision-making processes.
  • Provide summary analyses, write engaging client reports, and manage quality control review of deliverables.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to translate raw inputs into structured insights for client decision-making.
  • Use AI tools to drive efficiency in data analysis and delivery while ensuring accuracy.
  • Synthesize information into clear summaries and draft content for client presentations and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Foundational knowledge of consulting delivery models and strategy processes.
  • Experience with data analysis and presentation using Excel, PowerPoint, AI, and basic BI or visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Ability to collaborate within project teams and manage shared work effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze defined problems and identify key assumptions or gaps.
  • Basic project planning skills including effort estimation, progress tracking, and risk identification.
  • Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts as well as financial modeling.

  • Strong experience and proven experience with portfolio strategy/planning.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate practices.
  • Ability to influence and manage clients with superior relationship building, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Quality engagement with clients, partners, and prospects with professional and well-documented communications.

Work EnvironmentThe position is remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from any location. The role requires collaboration across workstreams, incorporating feedback to improve integrated outputs. The environment is fast-paced, demanding attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to task management.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Town and Country, MO.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
