Ø Purpose of Position
- The job incumbent is responsible for leading Project Management team consist of Civil, MEP, Safety, etc to ensure the timely completion of project without any quality deviation, cost overrun, safety incidents, etc. Should able to out most tasks independently, with minimum supervision, and these may be on well identified or isolated assets.
- Major Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines
- Create detailed schedules with milestones and deliverable
- Establish realistic budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections &Implement quality control procedures throughout construction phases
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
- Manage change orders and cost variations
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards
- Implement health and safety protocols
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings between project teams
- Address concerns and manage expectations
- Oversee final inspections and handover
- Facilitate project closure and lessons learned
Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE
- Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
- To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
- To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
- Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
- Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects
- Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
- On-time deliverable like Reports
- Client relationship – Retention and Growth.
- Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.
- Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
- To adhere Group HSE Guidelines.
- Qualification and Experience
General:
- Graduate Engineer BE/ B.Tech (Civil) with min. 12 years of relevant PMC experience in residential & Industrial buidings.
- Post Gradute in Civil is preferable
Technical:
- Extensive knowledge of PMC is essential. NDT tests and material test knowledge will be preferred.

- Ability to comprehend technical issues quickly.
- Ability to work in a team.
