The opportunity: IT Business Analyst

In this role you will:
- Analyze, characterize, and design of the software changes in the organization, including defining change requirements and preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD) for local systems amendments (translate requirements into a clear delivery plan by producing user stories, process maps, data flows & project exit criteria)
- Be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements via common market tools (JIRA, RTC, Confluence, Solution design documents, etc.), creating user stories for the developers (including UML modelling)
- Coordinate local stakeholders’ tasks and assignments, work with the project manager and business stakeholders, report local issues risks and gaps
- Lead local processes and changes in existing systems and implement new systems and applications while collaborating with internal interfaces (users / technology owners and other business entities) and external suppliers (in Israel and abroad)
- Lead independently many topics simultaneously and accompaniment of End-to-End processes including testing with local government authorities.
- Follow-up development projects with the development teams, tests and business users
- Work with government teams on new regulatory projects characterizations, specifications and testing coordination
You should apply if you have:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A) in Computer Science
- Previous proven experience as an IT BA in a financial institution and in cloud computing – Microsoft Azure
- Fair understating of the Agile methodology
- Fair understating of the AI tools (i.e. ChatGpt and Claude)
- Experience in writing and maintaining a programming language (VB, SQL, etc.) - an advantage
- A strong Business Analyst skill set with exposure to change management, process mapping, stakeholder management and process improvement
- Excellent soft skills in communication, problem solving and solution creation
- Ability to learn quickly
- High service consciousness and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex processes, manage time and multiple and parallel tasks
- Responsible, diligent and having good organization skills
- Fluent business English and Hebrew
- Living in Israel
