1. The role will lead large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through closure. Provides strategic direction, ensures proactive risk management, and drives delivery excellence through strong leadership and governance. Adept at aligning business objectives with execution, mentoring teams, and influencing stakeholders to achieve high-impact outcomes.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure—ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics, with a strong focus on value realization.
- Develops and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drives cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, architecture, design, QA, and operations teams to enable seamless execution.
- Establishes robust project governance frameworks, including status reporting, performance tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Fosters strong stakeholder engagement, managing expectations and facilitating decision-making across senior leadership and client teams.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), compliance standards, audit requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Drives change management, release planning, and transition to steady-state operations, ensuring business continuity.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to capability building and organizational maturity.
