As an Impact90 Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives and deliver measurable business impact in a 90-day execution sprint. You’ll translate a clear business problem into a focused plan, mobilize owners across functions and regions, remove blockers at pace, and keep everyone aligned to outcomes through crisp governance and metric-driven tracking (revenue, margin, cost, cycle time, quality, and/or free cash flow). What you’ll do

· Lead cross-functional initiatives from kickoff through delivery, turning business opportunities into clear charters, focused plans, and measurable outcomes.

· Build and run a practical 30/60/90-day execution cadence with clear milestones, owners, and decision points.

· Coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions, keeping teams aligned, removing blockers, and driving momentum.

· Track delivery and business impact through simple dashboards and KPI reporting, partnering with Finance and functional leaders to validate results.

· Prepare concise sponsor updates, governance readouts, and decision-ready recommendations.

· Drive adoption and sustainment so changes are implemented effectively and benefits continue beyond the initial 90 days.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

· You have launched key initiatives with clear scopes, owners, dashboards, and 90-day targets.

· A reliable execution cadence is in place, with stakeholders aligned and risks surfaced early.

· Early business impact is visible through implemented changes, KPI movement, or validated benefits.

What you’ll bring

· 8+ years of project or program management experience delivering measurable results across multiple functions.

· Proven success leading fast-cycle delivery, turnaround initiatives, or transformation programs with clear KPI ownership.

· Strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence without authority across functions, regions, and seniority levels.

· Comfort with data, dashboards, and business cases, including tracking baselines, targets, and benefits realization.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Lean certification is a plus.
