Benefits
Full description
We are seeking a Senior Product Expert who has experience in Discovery, Experimentation and Shipping products successfully - to be part of our Wholesale Banking Advanced Analytics Transaction Services squad. This is an entrepreneurial and global role in an innovative international team. You will be continuously discovering and building global data products and AI-driven solutions, to be embedded in ING’s digital front office channels that help ING employees serve their global Wholesale Banking clients better.
Any given day will be different, but one of them might look like this: Start off the day with the daily standup with the Transaction Services squad. Afterwards you work with them on the product roadmap and the next experiments for Product and Client Profitability insights. The next meeting is with UX and business stakeholders, who want to run through the latest user research and country feedback. This will be important input for you to prioritize the backlog for the upcoming sprint.
Just before lunch you go through the results of an experiment where a first AI-enabled workflow for smart pricing or transaction network insights in Wholesale Banking was tested.
You go for lunch with a senior Transaction Services stakeholder to discuss how profitability insights can be embedded into Wholesale Banking front-office channels and help teams spot better sales opportunities.
Then, you run a workshop with colleagues from Product, Sales, Tech and Data to turn a promising AI-related idea into a concrete proposal, showing value with quick experiments.
In the hallway you meet a colleague who is working on conversational AI for client-facing teams. This could be a project for an upcoming experiment week.
Later in the day you make your way to a product management conference where you are speaking about our latest developments in AI-driven Discovery and global data products for Wholesale Banking. You stay for some drinks at the conference... or you call it a day and spend some quality private time to keep a healthy balance between focus, rest and other things.
The team Wholesale Banking Advanced Analytics (WBAA) has the purpose to build data-driven AI products that benefit ING’s clients and the bank. With a team of about 125 engineers, data scientists, UXers and product managers we build solutions that make the wholesale bank more data driven. Within WBA, the Transaction Services squad builds global data products that provide Product and Client Profitability insights, helping Transaction Services employees identify sales opportunities and serve ING’s global clients better.
