THE WORK:

• Creating visually stunning graphics for digital platforms and print, including educational resources, websites, email campaigns, and informative publications such as reports and training materials.

• Developing dynamic motion design for explainer videos, social media content, and training materials, bringing complex ideas to life through engaging animation.

• Creating visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Designing presentations and proposals.

• Collaborating with both local and international teams on various projects.

• Taking ownership of assigned projects from concept to implementation.

• Continuously learn and improve your skills.

 

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop).

• Ability to create illustrations and visual concepts.

• Strong PowerPoint skills.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication.

• A portfolio showcasing strong and flexible design skills.

• Minimum 2 years' experience

• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate ideas effectively.

 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Figma.
