About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Delivery Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team in a pivotal year of scale. In this role, you will own project setup, execution, and ongoing system maintenance—ensuring our internal teams stay aligned and our system is fully enabled to deliver a seamless client experience and long-term value. You will lead cross-functional efforts, juggle multiple priorities, and drive project success through strong organization, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
- Project Setup & Implementation: Lead North American projects from kickoff through full go-live. Manage delivery timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time implementations.
- Operational Ownership: Oversee our system setup, client requests, and overall system stability, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal teams- Operations, Customer Success, Product & Sales. Build strong relationships, maintain transparency, and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Issue & Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, recurring issues, and client concerns. Escalate as needed and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks and drive client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: track and report on KPIs to measure delivery success and project health.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews, analyze results, identify trends, and optimize delivery workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Location & Time Zone: Based in the U.S. or Canada Eastern or Central Time Zone to align with global delivery schedules. This role is hybrid; you would be expected to work from our Toronto office 2–3 days per week.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects in fast-paced, global technology environments, including distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- PMP certification (or equivalent project management training) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira preferred)
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and designing automated workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills - a people-oriented leader with charisma and the ability to inspire collaboration and trust.
- Strong ability to navigate complex systems, drill down into details, and apply structured problem-solving.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and apply data to inform decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently while staying focused in a distributed work setting.
- A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and passion for delivering results and driving continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is CAD $110,000-$140,000. In addition, we also offer an equity package in the form of stock-option grants.
