Job Description:
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Business Analyst, located in Seoul, Korea.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through intuitive storytelling and actionable reporting
- Collect and analyze large and complex data sets from various internal/external sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g. Channel sales data, In-market sales data, HIRA & NHIS data etc.).
- Establish and maintain master data as a single source of truth to ensure consistent and reliable use across the organization
- Responsible for data visualization (MS, HIRA, distributor etc. multiple view manages)
Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in business analysis and market intelligence, preferably in the healthcare industry but not must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using statistical software and techniques
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team-good communication skill both in English and Korean
