Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Manager in Dubai, UAE. Our client operates in the Civil Engineering / Construction sector and is seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead civil engineering and construction projects from planning through execution and completion.
  • Develop project schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor construction progress, project costs, quality standards, and schedule performance.
  • Review drawings, specifications, project documentation, and technical requirements before and during execution.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, quality requirements, and applicable safety standards.
  • Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource constraints and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Civil Project Management — Ability to manage civil construction projects across the complete project lifecycle.
  • Construction Planning — Strong understanding of project planning, sequencing, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Site Execution — Ability to supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities.
  • Cost & Progress Control — Capability to track budgets, quantities, productivity, milestones, and project progress.
  • Quality & Safety Management — Understanding of construction quality requirements, HSE practices, and compliance procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Project scheduling and construction management software exposure.
  • Contractor, subcontractor, and consultant coordination experience.
  • Experience managing large or complex civil engineering projects.
