We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead business product management initiatives across our enterprise technology portfolio. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, business strategy, technology innovation, and market growth.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for assigned products and service portfolios. You will leverage market insights, customer feedback, business priorities, and data-driven decision-making to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer value, revenue growth, adoption, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and delivery organizations to successfully bring products from concept to market while influencing strategic business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
  • Develop business cases that support investment decisions and portfolio growth.

Product Development & Execution

  • Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead product prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, risk, and delivery capacity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Drive launch planning, product positioning, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and adoption programs.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.
  • Ensure successful commercialization and business value realization.

Product Performance Management

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, adoption, utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Recommend scaling, enhancement, or retirement strategies based on business outcomes.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Influence executive stakeholders and build alignment across multiple business functions.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making and resolve complex business and technical trade-offs.
  • Mentor product management team members and contribute to best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Management, or related field.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred

Experience

  • 15+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 10+ years of product management, business product management, or related leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise technology products, platforms, or service portfolios.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders.

Salary $110,000 to $140,000/per annum i.e. the range is salary not including bonus.

The compensation range in this posting reflects the Company’s good‑faith estimate at the time of publication. The applicable base pay range for any individual will be determined based on the candidate’s designated primary work location as well as factors including role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual’s experience, education, skills, knowledge, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as discretionary merit increases, bonuses, or sales‑based variable compensation in accordance with applicable plans and role requirements.
