JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - MARINE (M/F/D)

Are you organised, commercially minded and interested in technical products? We are looking for a Junior Product Manager – Marine to join our team and build their career within a global organisation.
In this role, you will support our marine product portfolio, working closely with suppliers and internal teams across Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Production and Quality. You will gain hands-on experience in product sourcing, supplier coordination, product information, launches and market research.
What you'll be doing (not limited to):
- Supporting product sourcing, supplier coordination and product
releases.
- Working with offshore suppliers to clarify product requirements
and technical information.
- Maintaining accurate product information across internal
systems.
- Supporting product launches, including product data, costing,
packaging and documentation.
- Coordinating activities and timelines across different teams.
- Conducting market and competitor research and gathering
customer insights.
- Supporting product pricing, forecasting and lifecycle
activities.
- Preparing product information for catalogues, websites and
sales materials.
- Supporting sales teams with product information and technical
documentation.
- Identifying issues, following up on actions and ensuring
deadlines are met.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- We're looking for someone who is curious,
organised and keen to develop a career in product management.
- A qualification in engineering, science, business, marketing,
supply chain or a related field.
- Around 1–3 years' experience in a product, technical,
engineering, sales support, marketing or coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with product
data and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills. (Mandarin language capability would be an advantage.)
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively
with different stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience with marine, automotive, electrical, electronic or
other technical products.
- Experience working with suppliers or externally sourced
products.
- Experience using SAP or similar product information systems.
