YOUR TASKS Help shape the future of marine products

Are you organised, commercially minded and interested in technical products? We are looking for a Junior Product Manager – Marine to join our team and build their career within a global organisation.

In this role, you will support our marine product portfolio, working closely with suppliers and internal teams across Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Production and Quality. You will gain hands-on experience in product sourcing, supplier coordination, product information, launches and market research.

What you'll be doing (not limited to):

• Supporting product sourcing, supplier coordination and product

releases.

• Working with offshore suppliers to clarify product requirements

and technical information.

• Maintaining accurate product information across internal

systems.

• Supporting product launches, including product data, costing,

packaging and documentation.

• Coordinating activities and timelines across different teams.
• Conducting market and competitor research and gathering

customer insights.

• Supporting product pricing, forecasting and lifecycle

activities.

• Preparing product information for catalogues, websites and

sales materials.

• Supporting sales teams with product information and technical

documentation.

• Identifying issues, following up on actions and ensuring

deadlines are met.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• We're looking for someone who is curious,

organised and keen to develop a career in product management.

• A qualification in engineering, science, business, marketing,

supply chain or a related field.

• Around 1–3 years' experience in a product, technical,

engineering, sales support, marketing or coordination role.

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with product

data and documentation.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills. (Mandarin language capability would be an advantage.)

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively

with different stakeholders.

• A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn.

DESIRABLE:

• Experience with marine, automotive, electrical, electronic or

other technical products.

• Experience working with suppliers or externally sourced

products.

• Experience using SAP or similar product information systems.
