About the Role
Minerva Research Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Patient Enrollment Department (PED).
The role will focus on creating compelling, professional, and compliant visual content to support clinical study patient recruitment campaigns, primarily targeting audiences in the United States.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing and Patient Enrollment teams to develop creatives that attract the right audience and support the patient recruitment funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for clinical study recruitment campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
- Create social media advertisements, static ads, carousels, banners, digital flyers, landing page visuals, and other patient-facing materials.
- Develop multiple creative variations for performance marketing campaigns and A/B testing.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketer to create visuals optimized for lead generation and patient recruitment.
- Understand campaign objectives, target demographics, and clinical study requirements before developing creatives.
- Adapt designs for different advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging visuals that clearly communicate clinical study opportunities while maintaining a professional healthcare-focused appearance.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign performance and audience response.
- Modify and optimize existing creatives based on marketing performance data.
- Maintain consistency across campaigns while adapting designs to different clinical studies and target audiences.
- Ensure all patient-facing content is accurate, professional, and aligned with approved study messaging.
- Manage multiple study campaigns and creative requests while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising and social media creative work.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other modern design tools is a plus.
- Understanding of social media advertising formats and creative best practices.
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to create multiple creative concepts from a single campaign brief.
Preferred / Plus
- Experience designing for healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or life sciences industries.
- Understanding of clinical trial patient recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Experience creating advertising creatives for the U.S. market.
- Previous experience working with performance marketing teams.
- Understanding of how creative design impacts CTR, CPL, lead quality, and conversion.
- Experience designing healthcare or patient-focused communication materials.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not simply a graphic designer who creates attractive visuals. We are looking for someone who understands performance-oriented design and can create visuals that encourage the right audience to take action.

You will work closely with the Performance Marketer to continuously test, improve, and scale recruitment creatives.

Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Quality and effectiveness of recruitment creatives
- Creative turnaround time
- Number and quality of creative variations produced
- CTR and engagement of creatives
- Contribution to lead-generation performance
- Ability to support A/B testing
- Creative performance optimization
- Adherence to approved study messaging and guidelines
- Collaboration with Performance Marketing and PED teams
Working Hours
Evening Shift, aligned with U.S. market activity.
The candidate should be comfortable working during evening hours to support campaigns targeting U.S. audiences and coordinate closely with the Performance Marketing team.
