Roadway Design Project Manager

From major roadway improvements to complex transportation programs, AECOM partners with public and private clients to solve today's challenges and prepare for tomorrow's growth.
With a growing portfolio of roadway projects across Georgia, this position plays a key role in leading roadway engineering, project delivery, client relationships, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through successful project execution. You will oversee projects from planning through completion while driving performance, collaboration, and quality across every stage of delivery.
- Lead the delivery of roadway design projects.
- Manage project performance, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project resources.
- Mentor engineers and promote project excellence
- Providing technical oversight, support, and training to engineers
Qualifications
Minimum:
- BS Civil or Transportation Engineering or related discipline + 4 years roadway project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Georgia PE License or the ability to obtain in 6 months.
Preferred:
- 10+ years of experience designing and managing roadway projects across Georgia
- Experience and training with GDOT Plan Development Process.
