Full description

Job Description:

  • Act as the system administrator assistant, responsible for system maintenance, user support, data quality, workflow management, and system improvements.
  • Drive AI-enabled sales process automation, including sales proposal generation, contract preparation, approval workflows, and process efficiency improvements.
  • Develop AI-powered reports and analysis on contract status, cycle time, renewals, and business performance; work independently to identify improvements and drive business results.
  • Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot ETL jobs
  • Provide guidelines to sales team on technical and business definition.
  • Conduct any duties and ad-hoc tasks needed.

Eligible candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Information System, Statistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools into daily operations to optimize workflows and enhance productivity
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in data management or CRM and Contract Management
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong data sense, with knowledge in SQL and BI Dashboard (Qlik Sense is preferable .
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills and good team player and able to deal with large quantity of data (high accuracy in tight timeline).
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Advanced command of MS Excel, Power Query and Powerpoint
