  • Produce high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, process maps and user stories.
  • Support workshops, client meetings and Steering Committee preparation.
  • Assist with solution design, testing, implementation and change management activities.
  • Manage project documentation, including risks, issues, actions and project plans.
  • Collaborate with consultants, technology teams and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Support and mentor Analysts while contributing to knowledge sharing across the business.

About You

You'll be an analytical problem-solver with experience in financial services or private markets, looking to build a career in consulting.

You'll bring:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Analyst within financial services, private equity or investment management.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
  • Strong process mapping and business analysis skills, with the ability to analyse complex operational workflows.
  • An understanding of front office functions, investment processes or private equity operations.
  • Experience working on business change, technology or data transformation projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders and facilitating workshops or requirements sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio, with exposure to Power BI, SQL or other reporting tools being advantageous.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to learn and develop within consulting.
