IGT Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end‑to‑end delivery of Azure‑based analytics and data integration solutions for airline partners within the IATA‑Offshore department. Based in Gurugram, the role blends strong technical acumen in Databricks and Python with proven leadership of global, cross‑functional and offshore teams, ensuring compliance with IATA standards, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Experience with AI/LLM‑driven programs and digital operations is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Azure‑based analytics and data integration projects for airline partners.
  • Define project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional and offshore teams (IATA‑Offshore, technology, product, operations).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate governance meetings, and present updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor progress, KPIs, budgets, and timelines; report status to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, compliance, and operational continuity.
  • Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and root‑cause analysis initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to IATA standards, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and apply hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Mentor junior staff, promote knowledge sharing of data technologies, and champion AI/LLM innovations.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Operations, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years in airline or data‑centric projects.
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services, especially Azure Databricks, and Python for data engineering.
  • Proven success managing global, cross‑functional, and offshore teams.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum/Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with AI/LLM‑driven programs and digital operations (preferred).
  • Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality/compliance metrics.
