Join our Team as a Project Manager Asset Planning at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)

Salary: Up to TBC per annum

Hours:37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Location: Warminster

Your Role:

  • You will be ensuring projects are fully defined, specified and priced, with all necessary surveys completed.
  • You will be liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate access and programming requirements.
  • You will be specifying, tendering and evaluating projects in a timely, cost effective manner that delivers value for money.
  • You will be preparing pre-construction information packs in accordance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
  • You will be providing project handover files to the Project Delivery Team and maintaining compliance with company management systems and processes.
  • You will be planning projects to minimise disruption to services and customers while supporting safe delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications You will hold a National Qualifications Framework Level 4 or 5 qualification in a relevant discipline, a recognised project management qualification, and an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building services or facilities management.
  • Experience You will have experience of building regulations, managing tenders and applying Construction (Design and Management) requirements within project environments.
  • Skills You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, a customer focused approach, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to identify risks, opportunities and deliver cost effective outcomes.
