Manage the design-build process or general construction management upon receipt of formal construction drawings, including an overall review of plans and specifications.

  • Subcontractor Management: Manage the company's

  • Bid Administration: Receive, review, analyze,

  • In-House Construction Costs: Track labor and

material costs for work performed by in-house personnel, including demolition, general and rough carpentry on interiors and exteriors, drywall layout, framing, hanging and finishing, and installation of acoustical or drywall ceilings and doors, frames, and hardware.

  • Job Cost Management: Monitor and manage job

costs, comparing budgets to actual expenditures, and conduct periodic site visits, inspections, and job cost reviews. Provide recommendations and assist with implementing strategies to minimize job costs and maximize gross profit through completion.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Order materials

and coordinate equipment deliveries, workflow, and construction schedules to ensure all trade remains on schedule. Oversee project meetings and maintain strong communication between subcontractors, architects, clients, and field personnel.

  • Project Administration: Manage project

contracts, change orders, monthly billing, and the receipt, submission, transmission, and implementation of RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, daily job reports, bonds, certificates of insurance, and other required documentation through the company's project management system.

  • Client Relations & Compliance: Maintain

regular contact with clients, owner's representatives, architects, property managers, building engineers, and regulatory authorities. Coordinate regulatory approvals, construction inspections, and compliance with permitting and building code requirements.
